Freight Information

   Once you place your order, we will process it and have it ready for posting within 7-10 days.

Please note that freight costs are NOT added to the total price of orders placed on this website! Once your order has been prepared for posting, we can determine these costs more accurately (depending on product availability and weight and size of your order).

**Important New Information**

For some time now, we have been looking at the postage situation and we have made the following changes. (These changes have been necessary because of missing parcels). THE FOLLOWING WILL COMMENCE ON 1ST OCTOBER 2008. Once we have despatched your order, it will become your responsibility. We will no longer be liable if it does not arrive. For those that have ordered via the internet, we will email you and let you know it has been posted.

For ALL ORDERS OVER $20, we will also add $2.75 registered post fee to your order. This will also give you up to $100 insurance, depending on the value of the goods. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE EXTRA CHARGE, YOU MUST ADVISE US IN THE CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS SECTION AT THE END OF YOUR ORDER OR WRITE IT ON YOUR HANDWRITTEN ORDER. Extra insurance cover is also available at a cost of $1.20 per $100(please advise if you would like to add this - this will not be automatically added on). We are no longer able to replace goods that do not arrive - free of charge. (If you have any queries about the above, please contact us for further explanation)

Yes - we are now accepting orders from New Zealand and USA (credit card payments only accepted). Overseas freight costs will be calculated using Australia Post airmail rates, and notified to you via email prior to charging your credit card.

Approximate freight costs (within Australia only) are current prices set by Australia Post.

If you are paying by credit card, we will charge the total amount to your credit card and post your parcel (overseas orders we will notify you first).

If paying by cheque, money order or direct deposit, please DO NOT PAY for your order just yet!

We will email you after your order has been prepared for posting, with the exact freight costs and hence total amount owing. (Our bank account details will also be included in this email if you have elected to pay via direct debit)

You may then arrange payment via your preferred method.

Once your payment has been received (or funds have been transferred to our account), your order will be posted to you.
